Your subscription to Unsloppy AI will renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or by emailing us at the address listed below.
New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided that less than 25% of your Ink allocation for that billing period has been used. To request a refund under this guarantee, email support@unsloppy.ai with your account email and the date of the charge. Renewals and plan upgrades are not covered by this guarantee.
After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable upon cancellation. When you cancel, you retain access to your paid features and Ink balance until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier.
If you upgrade to a higher tier, the price difference is prorated and charged immediately. If you downgrade to a lower tier, you retain access to your current plan until your renewal date. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.
Ink Top-Ups (50,000 Ink for $99) are a repeatable purchase — you may buy them as often as you like, and they stack on top of your subscription Ink. Once Ink has been credited to your account, a Top-Up purchase is non-refundable. Ink credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for currency.
When your subscription ends, your Ink balance enters a 30-day grace period during which it is preserved. If you resubscribe within 30 days, your full balance is restored. After 30 days, only granted Ink (your signup bonus, daily allocations, and streak bonuses) above your protected floor is forfeited, and generation logs are purged. Your protected floor is the greater of the free-tier 36 Ink or the total Ink you have purchasedthrough Ink Top-Ups — purchased Ink is preserved and never forfeited. We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions. Contact us at support@unsloppy.ai with your account email and the date of the charge.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. The latest version will always be available on this page.
